What is Today?
One question a day, answered with a single photo. Your days turn into a calendar of memories, and you can see what your friends’ days looked like.
When does a new question appear?
At midnight in your time zone. You have the whole day to answer, until 23:59.
What if I forget to add a memory?
The day stays empty in your calendar. You can also skip a day on purpose with “Skip for today”. Reminders at 11:00 and 20:00 help you remember.
Can I change the photo or delete a memory?
You can change today’s photo until the end of the day, and delete any memory at any time: memory → “⋯”.
Who can see my memories?
By default a memory is visible to everyone: to people who follow you and to others in “For you”. When adding it, you can turn on “Only me”, and then only you can see it.
Why can’t others see my photo?
Every photo is first checked automatically for nudity and violence. If yours was blocked by mistake, choose another photo or write to us: today.social.app@gmail.com.
How do I report or block someone?
Tap “⋯” next to a memory, a comment or on a profile. Every report reaches us and we check it.
How do I change the reminder time or turn reminders off?
Profile → gear icon → Reminder.
How do I download my data?
Profile → gear icon → “Download my data”. You get a ZIP file with all your photos and data.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → gear icon → “Delete account”. Without the app: todayritual.com/delete-account.
Is Today free?
Yes, and there are no ads. In the future we plan an extra paid version, Today Plus, for example with filling in memories for past days. Daily memories, the calendar and friends will stay free.
